Freeport successfully developed this major scheme, winning the trust of the local community to build an outlet to serve the French (Strasbourg) market and the German (Baden Baden) market.

Freeport won CDAC and Permis Construire and launched leasing and construction before selling to MAB Neinver in 2010.
